Easter Family Mini Session - €200 - 30min Session plus 5 images printed 6"x9"

Only immediate family members included, but if you want to add extended family, there is an additional fee of €20 per person (Please arrange in advance).
You can add a high resolution digital copy of your 5 chosen images for an additional €100 (Normal prince per image is €30)

Terms and Conditions:

A deposit of €30 is paid on booking. The remainder of €170 is payable by the client on the day of the session. Payment for additional prints and products must be paid at the time of order placement. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or cash.

Sharon O’Rourke Photography will store the client's name, contact details and session information privately and will not share these with any other business or organisation.

Sharon O’Rourke Photography is granted artistic control over the final image.

Clients have the right to tag and share any image displayed by Sharon O’Rourke Photography on social media, provided that the logo of Sharon O’Rourke Photography is clearly displayed on it.

Although Sharon O’Rourke Photography will do their best to produce more proofs than discussed with the client there is no guarantee that any set number of proofs will be produced.

You will receive an online gallery to choose your prints from within 3 weeks of your session.

Clients are responsible for clothing/Hair/Make-up etc. Please ensure that nail polish is removed if it is chipped or coming off. No colour changes will be made to nail polish, clothing, socks, shoes etc.

Proofs sent out to clients are for their viewing purposes only. No image from a proof sheet is to be cut, cropped, or displayed by any means, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any other social media site.

Sharon O’Rourke Photography will end the session at their discretion when it is determined that adequate images in terms of quality and quantity have been captured. Times given on session details is an estimation of the time a session will take. There will be no refund or credit for unused time and no extra charge if the session runs longer than estimated.

In the unlikely event that session photos are lost by means of camera or computer malfunction, before the proofs have been sent to the client, Sharon O’Rourke Photography’s liability shall be limited to rescheduling and re-shooting of photos. In addition, Sharon O’Rourke Photography will offer extra prints as compensation for the inconvenience.

The copyright of all images remains with Sharon O’Rourke Photography. The Client is permitted to reproduce their digitally purchased images for personal use only (i.e. not to sell on in any way for profit or for competition entry)

In the case of digital purchases, Sharon O’Rourke Photography cannot be held responsible for the quality of print/products provided by a third party. However, Sharon O’Rourke Photography can recommend printing services that are of high quality.

Vouchers are non-transferable. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. The value of the voucher will be put towards the session fee first. Prices of packages vary and are subject to change. While there is no expiry date, it is advised that you use your voucher within a five-year period.

No image may be entered into any competitions without the knowledge and consent of Sharon O’Rourke Photography.

No image may be altered by the use of AI.

As more than one session will take place in a day, please be on time.

Orders must be placed within 30 days after you receive proofs. Your online gallery will be removed after this time.

The Client recognises that Sharon O’Rourke Photography may use any of the session images as work samples, for business promotion, instructional purposes, including but not limited to studio display, promotional material, and web sharing.
